Doostang - Where the 'talent' is

I am someone who loves working. I am someone who comes up with ideas and loves seeing them through in every non conventional way. I don't wear a suit to work (although I should). I don't come late. I love listening and joining in constructive brain storming sessions (read: not a waste of time manager sit in where manager shows u epeen and walks out). I'm someone who has had some good work done and also been unrecognized for the 'talent' (and certainly energy) that I could lend onto any new project (except health care!).

I am someone who feels very lost until found by a great company who will take me on board and say 'we have faith in you'. I am someone who is motivated by money. I am someone who will do whatever it takes to see a good idea through. I am someone who will take positive criticism openly and not give a rats rear end to negative criticism. I am someone who really wants to be loyal to a company, but wont be loyal until a company believes in me.

I am someone asking for too much.
